The Fineco Group informs you that it has a Data Protection Policy compliant with Basic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Data Protection.

The Fineco Group informs you that in order to use one of the services provided via the Website, the User will have to give certain items of personal data. The Fineco Group undertakes to respect the confidentiality of said data as provided by Basic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, and to conform to Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, which governs the sending out of sales communications.

The User is hereby informed of, and consents to, the processing of his or her personal data and its incorporation into the relevant files of the Group, which assumes responsibility for the data files as their owner.
